Rick Gonçalves, P.E. has over 50 years of experience in the design and construction management of a broad range of civil engineering projects. Expertise includes airport planning and design, water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping and storage facilities, water and wastewater collection and distribution systems, roadway design, storm drainage facilities, residential and commercial site planning and development, and recreational space projects. Mr. Gonçalves also has specialized expertise in municipal and special district engineering and administration. He personally acts as the City Engineer or District Engineer for a number of municipalities and special districts.
Mr. Gonçalves has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Africa and is fluent in the Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Italian languages.
